The Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA) invites applications for the post of Airport Development Manager for both the Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) in Grand Cayman, and the Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA) in Cayman Brac.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing an airport development team and project managers to monitor the utilisation of airport infrastructure at ORIA and CKIA, airside and landside, ensure the timely development of Airport Master Plans and interim plans to address areas of concern that affect aerodrome safety, aviation security and airport level of service, and manage the implementation of agreed solutions following CIAA and Cayman Islands Government policy for procurement and project management.
Salary and benefits: Salary range is CI$85,320 – $114,768 per annum and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a contributory pension plan, paid vacation, health insurance and professional development opportunities.

The role of the Marketing & Communications Officer assists with the effective delivery of marketing, communications and business development activities of the Cayman Islands Airports Authority of both Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) and Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA).
The post-holder will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to promote the airports internally and externally, as well as ensuring all marketing activities are delivered to plan to create opportunities, deliver results and build brand awareness.
Salary and benefits: Salary range is CI$52,296 - CI$70,344 and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a contributory pension plan, paid vacation, health insurance, and wellness days.

The post-holder will plan and manage the oversight of the CIAA’s Safety and Security Quality Management System work
activities and ensure Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA) and Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) compliance with international regulatory airport certification obligations. This includes regular effective examination of the implementation of airport certification manuals, policies, and procedures to maintain compliance with international civil aviation regulations as well as any other applicable regulatory requirements: managing and monitoring internal and external regulatory compliance audit and inspection activities and implementation of any supplementary standards regularly established by local and international civil aviation regulators.
