** MEET & GREET SERVICE UPDATE **
The Cayman Islands Airports Authority is committed to the health and safety of our guests and passengers. As a precautionary measure, due to the fluid nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, our Meet & Greet Service at Owen Roberts International Airport is currently not being offered until further notice. We thank you for your continued understanding and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
As your first point of contact here in the Cayman Islands, we are finding ways to ensure your experience is a memorable one. The Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA) is pleased to offer a Meet & Greet Service that is a quick and easy fast-tracking offering, which allows guests to avoid long lines in Customs & Border Control (CBC) so that you can quickly get to your destination - whether you are visiting the Cayman Islands for business or pleasure.
CIAA's Meet and Greet has the ability to offer our services for a single guest, families and, to date, groups of up to 190 persons. Below is an outline of the service we provide for Arrivals and Departures. As we refine our services to enhance the programme, both the outline below and cost are subject to change.
There is a charge of CI$50.00 (US$61) per person, per each segment of Arrivals or Departures. We can do either or both segments of travel on request. Service fees are for guests ages three (3) and over. Children three (3) years and under are free.
Other Important Information:
All “no show” guests will still be charged for the service as we require notice of any travel changes
The fast track service does not allow you to bypass any additional/random search which is assigned to guests by the airline, border control or Security (SSSS guests)
Submission of application does not guarantee service. Service is based on availability.
Booking notice: 48 hours in advance of arriving / departing passenger flights. However, earlier notification is appreciated and accepted.
Booking notice for larger groups (20+ persons) beyond 48 hours is required to make the necessary arrangements needed.
Cancelation: cancelations need to be sent 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Payment: at the time of booking we will require either the guest or company credit card to process payment. Cards will be processed within 48 hours of service date.
For your convenience, a copy of your receipt will be emailed to you after payment has been processed.
