We invite applications for the position of Safety Officer (Cayman Brac). 

The successful applicant will function as part of a team whose primary responsibility is to provide security surveillance of persons and property at airports in the Cayman Islands in order to prevent any act of unlawful interference against civil aviation in the Cayman Islands as per local and international requirements. Additional responsibilities include ensuring a safe and orderly flow of vehicular traffic, crowd control, luggage screening and other, security related services. SALARY and BENEFITS: Salary range is between CI$30,602.00 - CI$45,527.00.00; the exact entry Point along this Range will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and other relevant attributes of the successful applicant. We invite applications for the position of Safety Officer (Airport). 

The successful applicant will be responsible to support the Chief Safety Officer in monitoring and maintaining acceptable safety standards at both Owen Roberts and Charles Kirkconnell International Airports. They will also be required to assist with the administration of all aspects of an airport safety programme. SALARY and BENEFITS: Salary range is between CI$30,602.00 - CI$45,527.00.00, the exact Point along this Range will commensurate with experience, qualifications and other relevant attributes of the successful applicant. The successful applicant will provide technical oversight and coordination activities in relation to the installation and maintenance of all new and replacement systems and equipment within the responsibility of the Communication, Navigation Surveillance (CNS) Section. The Electronics Engineering Officer Will support the CNS Maintenance Program Coordinator and a team of Aviation Electronic Technicians and also the CNS Manager and CNS team to ensure uninterrupted safe service and identifying risks to Aeronautical Telecommunications Services safety, efficiency and continuity of service. We invite applications for the position of Manager, Communication, Navigation & Surveillance (CNS). 

The post-holder is responsible for the planning and assignment of work required by the CNS Section, necessary to support the functions of the CNS/ATM Systems, aviation Meteorological (MET), and other related systems. The Manager CNS will ensure that the CNS technical and engineering standards at the CIAA meet or exceed International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Air Safety Support International (ASSI) standards and recommended practices. Manage and maintain aviation communication, navigation surveillance and MET equipment. Manage a team of technical and support staff. Ensure CNS customers receive the best possible service. The candidate will also be expected to create an environment of mentoring and training for suitably qualified young engineers. Salary and benefits: Salary range is between CI$71,540 to CI$107,668, inclusive of allowances and performance incentive, and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include a contributory pension plan, 23 days’ paid vacation and health insurance.
