We invite applications for the position of “Independent or Self-Employed Contractors” as: Airport Customer Service Ambassadors.
The expectations of this role include providing: guidance, assistance, special needs support, and information to Arriving and Departing travelers; managing the orderly and professional flow of travelers through the airport terminal and to designated Checkpoints, especially during peak periods; answers to general questions about the Airport and the Islands, and assist guests and other stakeholders with Lost and Found or other allied services at the Airport; assist with Meeting, Greeting and Escorting qualified arriving and departing clients; assistance with handling customer complaints or resolving issues to a fully satisfactory result; monitor the appearance and tidiness of the airport terminal common areas and facilities, and liaise with other providers to ensure cleanliness and operational functionality; assist the Customer Service Action Team with various events and promotions as needed; and, assist with administering questionnaires or other data-gathering exercises to guests and other stakeholders when necessary. Procurement & Contracts Officer
Accounts Officer – Receivables: The expectations of this role include collecting, recording, and depositing all receipts on behalf of the CIAA. In addition, the post-holder will provide support to the General Ledger functions. He/she will also ensure the timely collection, deposit, and reporting of all receipts, as well as assisting in the provision of other financial services to the Authority. There is also a component of statistical analysis and reporting.
Accounts Officer – Cash Collections: The expectations of this role encompass the successful applicant being the primary contact for all car park and other cash collection points, including verification of revenue databases and related operations. Working alongside the Accounts Officer –Receivables, the post-holder will oversee and monitor daily collections, trouble-shoot any point-of-sale issues, and related operations. Reviewing and analysing financial information and statistics, and drafting reports will also be required.
Accounts Officer III – Audit & Bank Reconciliations: The expectations of this role include supporting the CFO and the Finance Department team on the audit and other due diligence tasks connected with the administration of the Authority’s financial accounts, financial information, and overall financial control and health of the CIAA. Key duties will involve: ensuring that the accounting practices and processes are consistent with policy and accounting standards; prepare and coordinate the timely submission of the audit schedules for interim and year-end audits, and reconciling the bank accounts and sub-ledgers on a monthly basis within the agreed deadlines.

Procurement & Contracts Officer: The expectations of this role is that the successful applicant will ensure that goods and services required by or provided to the CIAA provide value for money, are from reputable and reliable suppliers who meet targets covering quality, price, credit arrangements, and delivery. He/she will also undertake ongoing and post-contracting evaluation to provide assurance and confidence to the Authority’s governance and control structures. In addition, he/she will be responsible for managing all revenue leases and contracts, as well as advising internal customers on procurement, lease management, and contract policies and procedures. The successful applicant will also review current systems and procedures and make recommendations for improvements as needed, and also create and maintain a contract database on behalf of the CIAA.
SALARY and BENEFITS for this Position: The annual Salary range is between CI$43,841.00 - CI$65,829.00, the exact Point being commensurate with experience and qualifications.
