Airport Identification & Security Access Control Cards (ISACC) Requirements

Under the Cayman Islands Airports Security Programme, and in compliance with the National Aviation Security Programme of the Cayman Islands, a permanent Identification & Security Access Control Card (ISACC) can and will only be issued to:

  • An employee of the aerodrome
  • An employee of an organisation who is required to engage in activities at or within the aerodrome on a daily basis and who has resided in the Cayman Islands for more than six (6) months.
    • This is provided the Senior Manager responsible for Security is satisfied that the organisation is reliable and reputable.
  • Cayman Islands Law Enforcement Officers

Note: All ID Photos, Renewals & Replacements are processed:

9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Monday – Friday - To take picture if needed. Submission of application from and supporting documents to CIAA Main Administrative Office (First Door on the right after exiting elevator/stairs) 2nd Floor Owen Roberts International Airport, Grand Cayman.

2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. (Issuance of ISACC after 48 HRS from submission of documentations) - CIAA Main Administrative Office.

NB: ANY Application which does not contain ALL of the requested data will NOT be approved, and a new application will be required, inclusive of the required FEES.
